Hi!
I stumbled across your blog in a Google search for language programs in Croatia, as I am a college student toying with the idea of spending a summer in Croatia and studying the language/exploring. The catch is that I need at least an 8 week program (ideally like 3 months), and it would be great if accommodation/food etc were part of the program. I’m having trouble finding what I’m looking for, and I’ve never studied the language before. Could you possibly point me in the right direction? And it looks like you had trouble picking up the language to the level you wanted with a good amount of prior knowledge–do you think it’s worth it for 3 months?

Hi! I just returned from my first visit to Croatia (sailing). It was wonderful! I was wondering if you know – is there any place in Philly I can get Istria Bitters or Pelincovac? I live in Mt. Airy. p.s. congratulations on your marathon! woo hoo!

I found your blog searching for Life in Croatia.
My name is Nicolas, im from Paraguay (South America)and recently I was offer to move and work as a Graphic Designer in SPLIT, CROATIA.
Im only 18 so I guess im not going to die if I go there and see what happens.
I just need some guarantees to leave and go there without knowing my boss, the language, the country, the people, etc.

Could you tell me some stuff about Croatia and if you can, about Split.

Would you recommend me to go?
